                                                            Peak Performance Buoyancy

 

This class is for every diver. It teaches proper weighting for differing environments ( salt or fresh water, warm or cold ). It also teaches the proper breathing pattern for diving, and proper body and swim positions in the water. By learning these proper techniques, you will use less weight and less air on your dives.
