I've wanted to dive as long as I can remember;
even sat in the backyard pool as a kid with a piece of garden hose as a
makeshift snorkel, but I kept putting it off until a medical event put it out
of reach for 5 years. As soon as that time was up and my doctor cleared me, I
was in an open water class at All Wet!
Since then, I've been able to combine my love of
nature photography with diving. I dive whenever I get near water, which
includes a lot of trips to southern California kelp forests.
