Tuesday, August 19th: Come and learn some simple massage and stretching techniques to treat and help prevent muscle cramps and tension in your legs and neck. This is presented by BLUE STONE MASSAGE. They will have two massage therapist here to teach the class and YES IT'S FREE. Time 7:00 pm.

Emergency First Responder (EFR)

This class is required for the Rescue program and teaches the disciplines of CPR and primary care for adults and children and infants, and basic first aid procedures. Includes AED and O2 training. The certification is good for 2 years and is nationally recognized and Coast Guard approved.

Class Tuition: $85.00 - Standard EFR

Class Tuition: $55.00 - CPR / AED only

EFR INSTRUCTOR TRAINING

Become an EFR Instructor in just two nights. All you need is a current EFR user card. You can make extra cash teaching the complete program or many of it's variations. The tuition does not include books or materials. As a SCUBA Instructor the more credentials you have, the more employable you are and the more opportunities you have for success.
