Advanced Open Water
This is the first major class after the Open Water certification. It is designed to allow the diver to use the skills learned in the open water program. there is only minimal classroom time, with the majority of the time spent diving. There are five dives total, two of which are required core dives. The required dives are the Deep and Navigation. The remaining three can be any of those found in the Adventures in Diving manual.

Tuition for this class does NOT include books or the use of required SCUBA gear. Student can purchase or rent required scuba equipment. Student must purchase the Adventures in Diving crew pack for the class.
Format :
This certification includes five dives, which are done over two days. You will want to have all academic work done prior to your dives.
2008 Class Dates and Instructors: Classes are being run through the end of the year on a per request basis. This class is offered on an on-going basis. Private classes are also available upon request. Please call for scheduling options. |
